You're here to reset your body back to the healthy setting. Over the years the body has dealt with a lot and its starting to manifest itself. (For some it's weight gain or drastic weight loss, some it's arthritis, bloating, migraines, thyroid disorders, PMS, insulin resistance and much more.)
Over the next 3 months we will work together closely where we will take your body and mind on a health journey.
We start this journey by detoxing. Removing things that don't serve you (includes preservatives in foods, drinks, supplements, and foods that aren't serving YOUR body. Here we start customizing your diet for your needs.
Month two is the stage your gut starts repairing itself and you start seeing results. This is why meal planning is important to help keep you consistent with healthy eating.
Then we will start incorporating other lifestyle changes to completely balance your life out, so you can live the happy & healthy life you desire.
This is going to be amazing. I hold you accountable.
