In the beginning of my anxiety and stress healing journey, I was just like you.

I was busting my butt doing "all the things" a successful mother, wife, businesswoman etc would be! It's hard work.

I was struggling and didn't want to admit it. I was spinning my wheels trying to make sense of it all, wondering "Is this how it's always going to be?"

No one was sharing secret strategies on stress reduction AND how to use food as medicine. It was always broken into confusing pieces and I didn't know what to do. 


I decided to make my own strategies and my own customized nutrition & supplement plan; and they worked.

In less than a year, I overcame panic attacks, daily anxiety, and figured out how to make my body more resilient to stress. I went to conferences and I implemented what I learned. I did the hard work and it paid off. 

I now waking up energized! I now don't need help falling asleep or needing daily medications to control my anxiety and my panic attacks. I now am the woman I have been longing to be.
