I knew I didn’t want to feed my family processed foods (frozen dinners or fast food), so I needed another alternative. This is how I became a Meal Planning NINJA!
Yes, I’ve had my health issues (thyroid removed and on lifelong thyroid replacement therapy, have severe osteoarthritis in my knee, suffer from migraines, anxiety caused from my thyroid, and I could keep going but you get it) but one thing I knew was I wanted to make sure my family (and myself) were receiving food that protects our bodies from damage and not feeding it food that would promote disease.
As a Registered Dietitian and a working mom, I’ve developed meal plans that help busy moms go from a hot mess to their healthy best! These recipes have been tested over the years on my family and now are changing lives of other busy moms! It’s not all just about food but support of other women, improving your organizational skills, and having a positive mindset!
