What to expect when we work together:
- We have a virtual call before I even develop your customized meal plan. This call is CRUCIAL for you to learn the tools you need to start working on a healthier lifestyle.
+ The first 20 minutes is reviewing the Past Medical History & daily habits questionnaire (You receive this when you sign up)
+ During this one hour call I have had clients that take me into their kitchen (via your computer or phone ) and we spend time reading food labels, so you can make easy and smart choices when you go grocery shopping. I've had a clients want to do a cooking class together, one where we reviewed knife skills, many want to know how to get a picky eater to eat their vegetables etc... This hour is customized for your needs.
- Weekly check ins. To ensure you are understanding the Meal Plans, or to help answer any questions you have that arise that week. (some examples: what to eat at a kid's birthday party, changes in pooping regimen etc)
- Customized Meal Plan
+ You will receive a customized meal plan with Recipes + Grocery List attached. This takes any guess work out of eating healthy so all you have to do is focus on YOU and Your family...not figuring out what to eat.
+ By the end of 6 months not only will you have given your gut a chance to heal but will have developed the healthy habits it takes to stick to this lifestyle.
- 2 monthly calls (to be used any time each month x 6 months)

Nicole understands that diet alone is not the answer. There are multiple factors.
ON-BOARDING: Before our first call I encourage you to fill out your goal setting handout that is in your Membership site. Here you will also receive the mindset RITUALS too. Why mindset? Stress causes havoc on the body- I want you to be less stressed and ABSORB your nutrients. When we are stressed , we can potentially malabsorb the food you're eating. So we have to make sure you're stress level is at a minimum. This is in addition to the questionnaire.
